Esteem Installation and Access
To share your zipped Esteem backup file👇
On your Esteem toolbar, go to File>Backup>Send as Attachment and select "No" when the "Backup Options" dialog box appears.
Note: Send as Attachment function might not work if your pc does does not have a default email application. If you encounter this challenge: please use the Create New Backup option instead. Once the backup file has been saved, you can manually attach it to an email using your preferred email.
You can set your default email application by using your Windows in-build Settings application.

To access Remote Support on your Esteem Integrated Total Solution Software👇
On your Esteem toolbar go to > Help > Remote Support
If you are unable to access your Esteem Software, you are able to access the Esteem Teamviewer 12 please use these step(s) below👇
1) Access Esteem TeamViewer 12 through your Esteem Software Installation folder, which is expected to be in C:\Program Files\Esteem
e.g. 👇 (as per red highlighted)
To access the Esteem your remote support application location: Open the file location of your Esteem software application (as per red highlighted in the enclosed below). Access your Esteem Software Properties by using 1) the context menu (or right-click menu) of your Esteem application > properties or 2) use the shortcut key Alt + Enter] after you have click on your Esteem application.
e.g. 👇 (as per red highlighted without the quotation marks)
2) Download Esteem Remote Support Application from your account at Esteem Download Center.
E.g. In your account go to Installation Prerequisites on the navigation bar > Esteem TeamViewer QS (as per red highlighted)

Windows 7 Possible Solution
Turn off the ipv6 on their internet properties. Please refer to the link below for further information:

Windows 10 and 11 Possible Solution:
right click Ethernet or Wifi adapter that is being used for internet connection and select 'Properties' in the context menu
In the ‘Properties’ window: Please make sure IPv4 is checked (as per green highlighted) and IPv6 is unchecked (as per orange highlighted) then click 'OK'
